Initial Consultation

We visit your home or premises to understand the space, discuss your requirements, and assess practical constraints. This meeting is free of charge and typically lasts forty-five to sixty minutes.

Bring inspiration images, rough sketches, and any architectural drawings you have. We photograph the space and take preliminary measurements to inform our design response.

Concept Development

Within two weeks of the initial visit, we present concept sketches showing proposed layouts, material directions, and approximate budgets. This stage establishes whether the project scope aligns with your expectations before detailed work begins.

Concept presentations take place at our studio or via video call for clients outside the Veneto region.

Detailed Design

Approved concepts are developed into scaled technical drawings with elevations, sections, and material schedules. Kitchen and commercial projects include appliance integration drawings and service coordination notes.

Two revision rounds are included. We use CAD software for precision while maintaining hand-drawn sketch perspectives where these aid client understanding.

Quotation and Approval

Detailed designs accompany a fixed-price quotation valid for ninety days. Itemised costs cover design, materials, workshop labour, finishing, delivery, and installation.

Signed approval and deposit payment confirm your project in our production schedule. We issue a written confirmation with estimated start and completion dates.

Ongoing Communication

Your project is assigned a dedicated coordinator who provides fortnightly updates during production. Photographs of workshop progress are shared at key milestones, and site visits can be arranged by appointment.
