Pre-Installation Survey
Before manufacture concludes, we conduct a final site survey to verify dimensions and identify any changes since the initial visit. Adjustments to drawings are made at this stage if required, avoiding costly modifications during installation.
We confirm access routes, parking arrangements, and protection requirements for floors and existing finishes.
Our Installation Team
Installation is performed by our own employees, not subcontractors. The same craftsmen who built your furniture understand its assembly logic and handle each component with appropriate care.
Team size scales with project complexity. A single wardrobe may require two installers for one day; a complete kitchen may need three installers across four days.
Site Standards
Floor protection, dust extraction, and daily cleanup are standard practice. We remove all packaging and workshop waste, leaving the installation area tidy and ready for use.
Minor touch-up finishing — filling fixings, adjusting hinges, applying wax to scuffs — is completed during installation. Significant damage is extremely rare and remedied before we leave site.
Coordination with Trades
Kitchen and commercial projects often require coordination with electricians, plumbers, and tilers. We provide installation schedules to your contractor and attend site meetings where joint sequencing is discussed.
We do not commence installation until first-fix services are complete and work areas are clear, protecting both our furniture and your other trades.
Handover
At completion, we walk you through every component, demonstrating adjustment mechanisms and care requirements. A handover pack includes warranty documentation, care instructions, and as-built drawings.
We request sign-off on our installation completion form and follow up two weeks later to address any settling adjustments at no charge.
