We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian privacy legislation.

Data We Collect

We collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, and project details when you contact us, request quotations, or enter into contracts. Technical data including IP addresses and browser type may be collected via essential website cookies.

Payment information is processed by our banking partners and is not stored on our servers. We retain project correspondence and contract documents for the duration required by Italian tax and commercial law.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil contracts, provide aftercare, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

With your explicit consent, we may send occasional newsletters about workshop events and new material offerings. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to fulfil contracts: couriers, stone fabricators, and installation subcontractors bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

Enquiry data not leading to a contract is deleted after twenty-four months. Contract and financial records are retained for ten years in accordance with Italian fiscal requirements. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally in your browser until cleared.
